    William, I meant the Zero...not the level of score. I admit, I am a casual gamer. However, I do not hide behind a account solely set up to troll and hide oneself from the public. That is just plain cowardliness.

    So initially it was not Microsoft Store fault it was your fault or if you want to place blame elsewhere then Paypal's fault. When refunding back the refund goes to Paypal and with the holiday I can see how a refund of that side could take up to 10 business
    days. If your argument with Microsoft if "You took the money from the wrong account" (which they didn't Paypal did) and if you're requesting a refund back to you bank account (which they can't) when they refund has to go back to "Paypal" then you're part
    of the problem. Calm down for a second and just ask for a confirmation number for the refund and how long would it take. Then verify it with Paypal. The refund is not going to appear over night it could take a week if not more.

    Microsoft Store said they could not help me. They claim they refunded the money to my "credit card". PayPal says Microsoft never did refund the money. PayPal also said there was a mix up with the BillMeLater and my bank account. So I was told that PayPal
    took the money from the wrong account (after I chose another account at PayPal payment point), and Microsoft refunded the money to the wrong person's credit card. Microsoft apparently made a mistake in refunding the money, as they refunded the wrong amount
    and sent it to someone else's credit card. I disputed the monies taken with PayPal and my bank. Hopefully that will solve the issue.

    DevGod.... I did ask the Microsoft Store for a conformation number, 13 times. I also spoke with a Supervisor 5 times. Was told that they could not issue a refund, as they had already done so to my "credit card". When I told them I used PayPal, they told
    me they had refunded the money to a credit card and not PayPal. Finally they told me they could not override the system to give me my refund, as the system was showing I was already refunded. I was calm the entire time, and did ask for a confirmation of the
    transaction (first time and everytime I called).

    Yep, there were some messages from Singer, but they apparently got removed for trolling.

  7. So has Paypal contacted you to find which account the deposit was taken from and how to go about this or do you still have to wait for them? Basically the Ms system cannot be overridden but the account it was deposited into either has to be charged again
    then refunded or transferred from there directly into your account. Sounds like a huge headache and yet again, good luck. I can understand why the MS system has their protocols to prevent hacking issues but it is a bit much for the people who have issues.

    Ive bought multiple dlcs and games the account on your xboxone has only one credit card to use. If u have 2 or 3 more u have to add the credit card. It wont use 3 credit cards at once only the one u are billing. Maybe u are trying to fraud to get your money
    back. Paypall is very fast at returning and why didnt u call ure bank? I believe that your lying, Sorry if it happened to u. But why didnt u call the bank?

  9. The bank has little power over net based transactions. The retailers more or less have to fix the issue. Only problem is finding out who caused the issue.

    Just curious you said that Microsoft system is show a refund to a credit card, could this be your PayPal debit card or the PayPal Bill Me Later payment system that you were originally trying to use? In all honesty it looks more like a Paypal cluster f@%k
    than Microsoft. You tried to use the Paypal Bill Me Later, in which resulted in Paypal just pulling from your attached checking account. So it comes down to how paypal sent the money so they may refund it. I would speak to paypal someone higher up than the
    regular rep and figure out how the paypal was sent. Microsoft does not appear to be ripping you off, from what I have read they are attempting to send the refund but something is not right on the original billing end. Must people think just because they had
    there checking acct debited the money should go back there, but that is not the case with PayPal. Once money is pulled from an account other than Paypal all refunds go into your Paypal account and not to the funding source. Its up to you to withdraw and move
    the funds back.

    Paypal uses multiple forms of credit to create a balance to be paid. There is a chance it accepted criedit from one account but the refund was deposited into another due to error. Either way... Valiant is more or less forced to wait for the issue to resolve.
    Who is at fault is hard to say at this point. However, the one at fault may have to pay interest if Valiant pursues it. Which may lead to the one at fault blaming the other party. Which may lead to another huge mess. To say the least, it is just a helterskelter
    mess.

  14. Ive had multiple IAP in 1 google games that I played and noticed that I was charged over 200 cash in one month. I use Bank of America. I never made those purchases and I copyed the transactions and faxed to my bank, then I spoke with them and explained
    what happened. In 4 days I received a full refund. I didnt go to Paypal because they are a waste of time. Even Google is easier than Paypal. But always copy and print the statement and call and speak with your bank and fax them or tell them what happened first.
    Somebody got on my email and used my account online in the game. So I changed everything. If u were hacked I feel sorry for u. If ure bank is investigating which seems odd to me. Should take care of it right away. If u dont recieve a refund in over 5 days
    from ure bank I wouldnt understand. I hope ure not trolling cause microsoft is not the blame.

    I cannot agree with the MS store being a rip off, I'm not disputing you have had a problem OP but, I had reason to get a refund from MS, no reason to go into details but, I spoke to a rep on the phone, told them my problem, she put me on hold for a few moments
    an talked to a supervisor, she came back on and advised me I was getting a full refund, and it was in my Paypal account within hours, even though I was told it could take 3 days.
