Microsoft Store Purchases on Xbox One not Displaying although Charged

First off, happy holidays everyone! I hope it’s been merry.

To the topic at hand, yesterday I applied some giftcards to my account to buy some games, and other misc. game stuff. The problem is, my account was charged for the purchase, but the games are not showing up in my library, and they are not in my purchase
history.

We tried to have a live chat with a rep, and although he tried his best I don’t think he understood the issue at hand. He gave us a purchase order number, which shows the purchase went trough, but again I can’t see anything on my end.

On top of this when I go to check my shopping cart it just says, “Something went wrong on our end, try waiting a bit.” That was yesterday at around this time.

When I look the games up in store on pc, it says I own them, but then i select them and it asks me to purchase them again.

I tried to be concise and as explicit as possible, but to be honest this whole situation is very confusing and I’m just looking for some next steps. I don’t mind waiting to get my product, but I don’t want to lose nearly $100 on nothing.

Hello!

The games and DLC are still not showing up in my order history HOWEVER they are in my license list.

I do not see the games in my library, and the “DLC” is Silver for Destiny 2 which is not* displaying in-game.

license list of the account. We need to make sure the transaction and license appears for each game to ensure the account has access to them. Be sure to let us know the results!

After reading through here, it is determined that if the order is not listed or does not appear within the order history, the purchase may retract and therefore count as a purchase that did not go through.

Ok, but isn't my laptop using miracast services to cast to other devices? It should be possible to do it between my laptop and console, and there are various examples demonstrating this (although from what I've found it's casting windows 10 to an xbox one)

On the Microsoft Store for the Wireless Display App, it says "Microsoft's Wireless Display app lets you wirelessly project your Windows or Android based devices to your Xbox One".

What about if the item still shows available throughout the game but not available in Microsoft store but only as a code which you can redeem although the game attempts to purchase the add on for the redemption code but the store won't allow the purchase ? (currently my issue on call of duty warzone xbox one)
