Microsoft Store Purchase (Battlefront II for Xbox) Charged but Not Received

In October, we pre-ordered Battlefront II for Xbox from the Microsoft Store. (Pre-ordered to get the bonus skins and characters.) My card was charged, but then nothing once the game was released... nothing!?

I know I'm not the first to complain about customer service, but must I wait on the phone and navigate a phone tree to get my issue resolved? Why (other than for marketing reasons) would a premier technology company not take advantage of online customer
service options to serve its customers?

So is my only path to resolution via the support telephone number? Sigh...

Purchased XB1S off the Microsoft store card has been charged and have the Xbox but no points deposit

I purchased an XB1S off the Microsoft store when I received the incentive to purchase one; gain 2 free games, free shipping and 50,000 reward points. I have received the Xbox and was not charged shipping but I have not yet received the 50,000 points. I was
wondering how long they would take to appear in my account?

Phone support is one method but you could also try online support via this link https://support.xbox.com/contact-us

However, before you try that please try highlighting the game on the dashboard and press the start button on your controller. Select Manage Game then go to Ready to Install to see if there's any extra content waiting for you.

Hey there Fernando,

Here is a full list of all
Backwards Compatible Xbox 360 games. These games are only available through the Marketplace and not through the Microsoft Store so you will always be redirected when trying to purchase these. Once you do purchase the game there is no need to actually install
them onto an Xbox 360, You should be able to download onto the Xbox One once you own the game.

Now there is also Star Wars Battlefront
I &
II available on the Xbox One through the Microsoft Store.

I believe the version of Battlefront II that is available on the Microsoft Store is for the console only. If you're trying to install it on a PC, it's not going to work.

If you pre-ordered digitally you can just search for Battlefront II in the store and select the beta to download it.

Thank you for responding, since Star Wars Battlefront II is a backwards compatible game, it is unavailable to purchase on the store using a Microsoft Account Balance from an Xbox One. If available, using an Xbox 360 would be an option to purchase the item
with a Microsoft Account Balance though.
