    I think it was a bug or something. Restarted console and the store appears to have reset and everything looks good now. Thanks anyway

    It's $19.99 in the US. $73.00 is the price for UAE. So you would see the $73.00 if you live in UAE.

    If you live in the US and are seeing the wrong price, you would need to
    migrate your account region     in order to get the correct pricing.

    That must be a mistake. That game in any form doesn't cost that much. Are you sure, that you check that particular game? Both Return to arkham games cost 19.99
