Microsoft Store Pre-order Points never went through

Hi,

I pre-ordered Dead Rising 4 (physical copy) from the Microsoft Store on Thanksgiving. The offer is still available for the 15,000 points for Pre-ordering but I never got my points. Is there someone that can find out what is going on with that?

You would need to contact the retailer from whom who got the pre-order through. If you went through the Microsoft store for the pre-order you can refer to the following:

10$ xbox digital code

i pre order a game off the microsoft store and i got the 15000 rewards points, however i was never emailed my 10$ digital code. when will i get it?

 

The credits should show as pending about 10-15 business days after the game shipped. So it's still a little too early to see the credits pending.
