    Microsoft Store Order not delivered


    Hello

    I ordered an item from the store and it should have been delivered by now, the tracking is showing that the label has been created but package not received by courier, i had tried to change the date it was due to be delivered but this has not been confirmed
    and the tracking just says i have requested the change

    How do i contact microsoft to look into this as there doesn't appear to be any option on the orders page or obvious contact method for order queries?

    Series X on Launch Day?

    Depends on where you ordered it from.

    If you ordered directly from Microsoft online then it should be delivered to you on launch day.

    If you ordered it anywhere else like a games store then you would need to check with them.

    So does anybody know if Amazon will deliver on release day? There was no option when I pre-ordered, but maybe that option only shows up when an actual date is known?

    I pre-ordered one from Amazon and one from the Microsoft Store since they specifically say that it will be delivered on release day. But they charged 30 dollars tax, where as Amazon doesn't charge any. Although, you can just use mrrebates.com to get $26.00
    back from the Microsoft Store.

    its not rockstar theyve gave the codes to microsoft its microsoft fault there having trouble putting the codes on consoles
    For digital pre-orders from the Microsoft Store, the GTA$ bonus will be delivered to your Xbox message center 7-10 days after your pre-order.
