    Hello, fellow gamers. I hope you're well.

    I need help. I have not been able to access my Microsoft Store app for months now, even after help from the community and from Xbox/Microsoft. The error code that is being displayed is
    0x80131500 and the CV is
    QMX+iUky2kK3WF1k. Other than the wildly aggravating issues with the Microsoft Store, my connectivity doesn't seem to be an issue. I can connect to the internet speedily through Microsoft Edge on my Xbox, can message friends, and have zero issues, per
    the "test connection" page within my settings. It may also be of note that I do not currently have a Gold subscription.

    Could anyone help? I've tried waiting it out, turning my system on and off, obviously, and have gone through soft resets, hard resets, and power cycles. Still nothing. If anyone has anything, please respond.

    Yes, I can access the store on Xbox.com.

    This error seems to either be an issue with an incorrect date / time on your console, or an issue with the marketplace servers in your country.

    Are you able to access the store on the Xbox.com website?

    Having checked to see if I can find the game on the stores. The only version I could find was for the Xbox One and Series X|S consoles. The game might only be available for the console, and that could be the version you got from the Microsoft Store and the Xbox Store. Hence, why you cannot find it on your PC Library.

    Xbox Store and Microsoft Store operate independently of each other, so no preloading from ordering off of the Microsoft Store.

    Really seems like a missed opportunity offering pre-loading could be a lure to get people to order from MS instead of some other store.
