    Microsoft store on Xbox one FAT


    I can't open mincrosoft store on Xbox one (FAT) conosole show me to refresh card and try later.. "Code:0x80131500" I try reset conosole but Its doesn't work I can play online
    games and downland games. And also I update my xbox today but I have problem with update yestarday I cant update it... But today its works My internet conection (NAT) is closed maybe this is the problem.

    First try to
    powercycle     your console, if doesnt work see if appears, in the update tab, a update for the Store app.

    Let us know if it fixed.

    Can you try opening your NAT settings and trying again?

    The store isn't having any status issues at the moment so should work for you.

    The kinect was discontinued in 2016 by Microsoft. Only Xbox One Fat has compatibility.

    It's bad news for Microsoft, but the Xbox One will have little impact in Japan anyways.
