microsoft store on pc wont update or install anything

Hi George, i tried to update my windows so i can try and download Forza but it wont let me update and yes i know i don't have windows activated but my PC is very bugged like when its about updates and installing apps from Microsoft store and i tried so much just to update and it doesn't work.

That's really weird, since it's hapenning on three devices (one Xbox, two Computers).

Do you have other Microsoft Account to test? If you do, try to sign in on any of your computers or Xbox and see if you can install something.

If you don't have any other Microsoft Account to test, try sign off and in again on any of your devices to see and let me know how it goes.

Also, are you using Windows 10 or 11 and what Xbox do you have?

Thank you, this resolved my problem. However, now I can't install anything because I need to "Download Gaming Services" even though I already have it installed and updated. I repaired it, reset it, terminated it, uninstalled and reinstalled, restarted my PC, and signed in on Microsoft Store.

You would just sign into the same account on the Xbox app and Microsoft Store on PC. Anything that is Play Anywhere will be available for you to install from the store, but not all Xbox games will be available on PC just because they were bought on Xbox.

Does yours say installing or updating? Mine never unlocked at 3:01AM so I clicked on it and it took me to the store where it said "installing." Right now it's stuck at 1% and it says updating but I'm pretty sure it's re installing the game. I'll never pre
order anything off of the xbox store again. Microsoft just can't do anything right.
