    Microsoft store on my Xbox Series S not working well


    In certain games in the Microsoft store on Xbox, when scroll down to the event part a message saying Something went wrong appears.

    Is this a bug or should I be worried?

    Microsoft store on my Xbox Series S not working well

    Currently there aren't any announces indicating this to be a service outage, so it must be just a glitch. To troubleshoot the case, kindly follow the instructions below:

    Access Settings > Network Settings > Advanced Settings > Alternate Mac Address > Clear it and the console should restart. It would definitely help if you could restart the internet router while the console is restarting.

    After going through the troubleshooting steps mentioned, I invite you to perform a quick power cycle by turning off the console and then unplugging all the cables. After 2 to 3 minutes, re-plug them back again, then restart your console.

    Can you swap a Xbox Series X for A Series S?

    Hi there Microsoft Xbox, As the tittle says is it possible to swap a Xbox Series X for A Series X? Is there a program that microsoft has for that? The console is working fine and everything except a series s would be better for my needs.
    Far as I know there is not a facility to swap consoles for a lesser console....you'd probably either have to find somewhere that would be willing to give you a Series S plus cash (am thinking local game stores and such) or sell the SSX and buy the S

    As of the moment, on Microsoft Store it’s for Xbox Series X|S only, without an official announcement I can’t promise anything as I don’t want to provide any false hope. Let’s just wait on the game developers update as well as on Microsoft via https://news.xbox.com because as of the moment, it’s for Xbox series X|S only.
