Microsoft Store not working

When you launch Microsoft Store, does it fail to open at all, or does it open with a blank screen, error code, or infinite loading?

Are you signed into Windows with a Microsoft account or a local account, and have you recently changed user account settings, group policies, or region/date settings?

If You want to buy anything so buy from your smartphone or Pc original even on your Xbox browser, Go to Microsoft Store and sig in with the same account You would buy If You would do this on your Xbox

Sorry to hear you are having issues. Which browser are you device or browser are you using? Have you tried another one?
