Microsoft Store not working on Xbox One

It definitely sounds like you have a glitch or minor bug happening. You may want to try a soft reset of the console.

To do a soft reset just go Settings, All settings, System, Console info, Reset keeping games and app.

Strangely enough, I went to try the soft reset but out of curiosity, I tried the microsoft store again and it just started working, which is weird because I had problems with it for nearly an hour before posting for help.

Thank you for the quick responses. I will definitely try the soft reset if it happens again.

As for the update, I had checked for an update as the first step when I noticed the problem.
