Microsoft store - no information on single player as capability?

I am just sent in circles to contact microsoft on this.

You cannot make a purchase since many games does not tell if single player capability or not.

Sometimes reading description you can see it does have single player - but capabilities only say this and that 2-8 player etc.

Very rare it says in capabilities that single player.

Air Missions is one example.

And a lot of games, you won't buy unless single player obviosly - not even having Gold subscription.

So there you go, hope MS see this or a tip where to feed back this info.

I think that would be a good addition to the Xbox/MS Store. Maybe with the addition of how much hours of content they made in single player mode

I had an exact same issue with that on the begining. Just learned to use to it and to seek aditional information. They are waiking up. This is the year of coming back, at least in gaming industry.

I agree and also hope for coming back big for Xbox - that investments in new studios and so forth deliver.

I think both Xbox and PC gaming is huge for MS - and why Phil Spencer got the trust to do investment. MS lost initiative on so many areas in recent years - future of PC really is vital.

I use PC for audio and video work, home studio full time now as retired. And MS has now fixed one major problem with FLS on windows 10, which is important for recording software using hundreds of plugins each session. That's a good thing - but dialog with
various customer groups must continue - for the survival of the PC in long term.

Just a couple of weeks ago a system update for 360 even, that is good too.

I don't buy these huge AAA titles on Xbox Store, much to large to download. And I avoid buying games on disc where initial patch is too large too - my gaming is so casual that I don't up internet costs due to giant patches.

Help this guy and report sizes of every game you have bought on disk - if info is missing - that will help many in similar situation.

Sadly the info on PS4 is so much more reported than Xbox, so bookmark that and help making Xbox matter.

If you want to contact xbox support, first you need to contact Microsoft support and follow the voice prompts.

I talked to customer support for Microsoft Store, before posting here, but that girl just wanted to send me further to technical support Xbox - and they had no clue how to forward this info.

MS really need to up their game on many fronts....

It would be great to look at the details of a game and be able to see if it has; Solo Campaign, Local Co-Op, Online Co-Op, Local PvP or Online PvP.

those are just as important to me as whether the game is an RPG, FPS or RTS or whether it is Sci-Fi, Fantasy or Historical in setting.

in fact in some ways it is more important as it has most impact on the gaming environment.
