Discus and support Microsoft store needs to be online in XBoX Accessibility to solve the problem; Trying to go into Microsoft store & this error keeps coming up.     Microsoft store needs to be online


    Trying to go into Microsoft store & this error keeps coming up. When going into network settings says Internet connection is all good. How do we fix this. Did a factory default restart at the weekend now keep getting this error

    Did you pre-order from the online Microsoft store? If so, then you should be able to check your order status here: Sign in to your Microsoft account

    If you ordered from a different online store (Amazon, Walmart, etc.) then you will need to check your order status with them.

    Microsoft Store Support    . We are unable to assist with promotions from physical/online retailers outside of the Xbox Store, which includes the Microsoft Store.

    Hi, purchases either need to be made online, via the console, Microsoft Store or by purchasing in a physical store.

    There is no provision to purchase over telephone calls

    Then it knows i bought so i can redownload if needed
