    Ich habe vor ca. einem Jahr den Minecraft: Windows 10 Edition Code bei meinem Account eingelöst und dann damit gespielt und mein Konto bei der XBOX App angemeldet. Danach habe ich diese Edition vom Spiel nicht mehr gespielt. Heute wollte ich dann auf meinem
    neuen Computer das Spiel wieder spielen und den RTX-Shader der Windows Edition austesten. Als ich dann im Store war, sah ich, dass ich nur die Testversion downloaden konnte und das Spiel nicht mehr besitze. Ich bin mir zu 100% sicher, dass ich den Code auf
    diesem Account eingelöst habe, weil ich damals auf der XBOX App meinen Microsoft Account mit XBOX verknüpft habe, und in den Errungenschaften bei den Spielen , die Windows 10 Edition vorhanden ist (sogar mit vorhanden Erfolgen).

    Ich hoffe man kann mir bei dem Problem helfen.

    [Translation - I redeemed the Minecraft: Windows 10 Edition code on my account about a year ago and then played with it and registered my account with the XBOX app. After that I didn't play this edition of the game anymore. Today I wanted to play

    Having an up-to-date version of Windows 10 does not guarantee that this game actually works on this computer. The system specifications must match at least the minimum requirements.

    The Minecraft Dungeons Launcher is not the same version as the windows 10 microsoft store edition, that's why you're being sent to the minecraft website to buy it, since you don't own this version. If you go to https://www.minecraft.net/store/minecraft-dungeons-windows,
    you'll notice that there are three options to buy;

    • Windows 7 and up: This is the Launcher Edition,
      which you probably do not own.
    • Windows 10: This is the Microsoft Store Edition,
      which you probably own.
    • Hero Edition - Windows 10: Also the version from the Microsoft store, but the premium edition.

    Also note that the microsoft store also shows two versions of Minecraft Dungeons, additionally to the other versions that can be purchased on the minecraft website;

    • Windows 10 Edition
    • Xbox One Edition

    Minecraft: Windows 10 Edition runs specifically on Windows 10. If you would like to play Minecraft on Xbox One, you will want to take a look at Minecraft:
    Xbox One Edition    . If you would like to install the Windows 10 version of Minecraft on your Windows 10 PC, sign into the account that originally redeemed the code and download through the Windows Store.
