Microsoft store making me purchase a DLC that I already bought and played a month ago.

I bought the destiny 2: forsaken and annual pass DLC from GameStop and played it for about two months while forsaken was active, then I got kinda bored and put the game down for a while. Now I want to play again, but the dlc wasn't working. I uninstalled
forsaken and tried to reinstall it, but now the store says I don't own it. I saw a post on how to good this issue and tried it, this this fix being to uninstall everything except the base game and restart my console with auto updates turned on, but that didn't
work. Then I tried it again more and more times, to no avail. Currently I'm sitting at the Microsoft store menu looking at the forsaken and annual pass bundle, which I've already purchased and played, and it's telling me to purchase it again for $70. Help?

Forza 7 purchase declined

I purchased forza 7 ultimate and already have been charged and gotten confirmation of the purchase but a few hours ago I got an email saying my purchase was declined. How is that even possible I already bought the game three months ago on a card with more
than enough so why is the Microsoft store telling me I don't own it when I do? I already downloaded it and everything but now I can't open the app. Please help

 

WHERE DID MY FALLOUT 4 SEASON PASS GO?!

hello, I had bought a fallout 4 season pass months ago. Had all dlc downlaokded and everything. Got rid of that Xbox and just bought another one last week. I then bought another copy of fallout 4. I was told the season pass would still be available to me
on my new system since I already purchased it. But on the live store it's saying $49.99 and that I don't already own it. This is very frustrating someone please help me. I don't want to purchase this season pass all over again. Thank you!

Thank you for reaching out! We will try our best to get this sorted out for you. Make sure you are able to see Forsaken under your

order history. If this is the case try
removing and re-adding your profile unto your Xbox.

1. Press the Xbox button to open the guide.
2. Select System > Settings > Account
   > Remove accounts.
3. Select the account that you want to remove, and then select Remove to confirm.
   
4. When you're finished, select Close.

 

It went into my order history as an online credit order, here's the order number if it helps:

As suggested by fellow XBF Lance J, we suggest removing the Microsoft Account from the console but lets take this one step further. We suggest a reset of the console since
the problem might be on the actual OS of the console so we would suggest a

Soft Factory Reset (while keeping games and apps) IF AND ONLY IF THE FOLLOWING CRITERIA IS MET:

• There is a stable network connection.
• The information for all profiles is known (email and passwords)

Once the setup is complete it will ask if we want to keep settings or manual setup lets do manual setup, this will have the added benefit of pushing all available updates through. Give it a shot and let us know of any changes!
