Microsoft Store keeps saying pending and doesn't change

Hi I was having a problem with running my minecraft bedrock edition and I tried doing everything and still didn't work. So then I decided to uninstall minecraft bedrock to find out it will not even download for me. I've already tried wsreset.exe and it
doesn't work. If someone could help me that would mean a lot to me.

Hi Curn Hub,

sorry to hear. Were there any error codes? First of all you should check if your system is uptodate (via Windows Update and via the Store App). If this is all fine and you can not download the game via the store app, you should check whether it may be due
to your network connection. Reset your router / modem by switching them off and on. If you still connected via wireless, try a RJ45 cable to speed up.

I am having this same confusion. I did buy some items off the Xbox fitness store, and got a second email saying my credits expiration were extended until 12/17. But the microsoft account transactions list doesn't show any refund or pending refund, and my
balance hasn't changed. I'm going to assume it may take a couple days to show up.

when i try to install it from the Microsoft store, no downloads work. it just says that its "pending"
