I have requested a refund and it has been 2 days since i requested it

It sounds like you may have purchased Mincraft which is for the console and not Minecraft for Windows 10 which is for the PC. So it's looking for a console to install it on. You would need to

submit a refund request and purchase the correct version of the game.

Thanks for keeping us updated with your replies. If you do not receive a determination or response following your refund request, but did receive the confirmation email following the request itself, it does normally take the refund team up to 72 hours
prior to them contacting you with a determination.

Should you not receive a response following that 72 hours period, it is recommended that you reply directly to the email you initially received in order to correctly contact the refund team. Additionally, if your request is denied, you may reply directly
to the email with the denial in order to request that they review their determination.
