Good afternoon,

First I would recommend checking to make sure all Xbox services are in fact working by going

here. If everything is working as it should, I would go to your network settings and make sure everything is working properly. If everything is good, I would disconnect from your wifi, hard restart your Xbox by holding down the Xbox button on your console
for about 5 seconds. Wait about 1-3 mins before tuning on your Xbox, once on, connect to your wifi or by cable again, and see if that fixed the problem.
