Microsoft Store Issues on Xbox One X

Whenever I try to access a game or look to buy a game on the store it goes for a bit then times out with a 0x000007 error code. This has happened since I purchased a game during the e3 sale. I have restarted the console, removed and added my profile,
performed a hard reset, did the alternate mac address trick and it didn't fix it. I also don't want to be told to use an app or website, the point of the store being on the console is to use the store. I appreciate any help I could get.

Hi Chris,

Thanks for coming to the forums with your issue. We recommend try a
power cycle of the console. While off unplug the console completely for 1 minute. When you boot the console back up make sure there are no updates, for the store or OS of the console.

I had the same issue with the Xbox One X Scorpio Edition and had to take it Microsoft Store to replace it. No system is perfect though

I have Xbox one x, want to buy GTA v for Xbox one x|s for $39.99

When hovering over the buy button in Microsoft store on GTA v series x|s a small text bar appears saying. This is not playable on this device.

I have Xbox one x.

But the store says GTA v series x|s is not playable on my Xbox one x.
