    Microsoft Store Glitches Whenever I Try to Open Minecraft Launcher


    I recently bought Minecraft Java & Bedrock on my Windows 10 PC and whenever I try to run it at all microsoft store opens and glitches like carzy. As in it would try to load a page for a program and rapidly loads and shows the page, and loads again. I saw a similar problem on this site and someone recomended that deleting the launcher_profile file in .minecraft folder in AppData should fix it but it didn't work and I still have the same problem. Any help would be appreciated.

    I have the same issue and not working deleting profile.json file. The problem is that when i start minecraft launcher, the launcher and the microsoft store open at same time but microsoft store glitches and only can be closed after closing minecraft launcher with Task Manager or reseting the computer.

    Open the Xbox app or the Microsoft store on your PC, then search and download the Minecraft launcher.

    Now, open the Minecraft launcher, and you should be able to start the free trial for Minecraft Windows edition.

    Lastly, please make sure you’re logged in to the desired Microsoft account on the Xbox app, the Minecraft launcher and the Microsoft Store.

    Please try the potential solution I’m going to share below:

    Step 1. Sign out from the account that owns the game on the Minecraft launcher, the Microsoft store, and the Xbox app.

    Step 2. Reset and repair the Microsoft Store and the Minecraft launcher:

    -For the Microsoft store, press the Windows key + R > in the dialog box type wsreset.exe
    Wait until the Microsoft store is open.

    -For the Minecraft launcher, press the Windows key + I > Apps > Installed Apps > click the app and click advanced options (on Windows 11, click on more) > click reset and repair.

    Step 3. Sign in with the account that owns Minecraft on the Microsoft Store, the Xbox app, finally, on the Minecraft launcher.
    Try playing Minecraft bedrock edition.
