Microsoft Store glitch

I would like you to follow the steps mentioned below:

Access Settings > Network Settings > Advanced Settings > Alternate Mac Address > Clear it and the console should restart. It would definitely help if you could restart the internet router while the console is restarting.

After going through the troubleshooting steps mentioned, I invite you to perform a quick power cycle by turning off the console and then unplugging all the cables. After 2 to 3 minutes, re-plug them back again, then restart your console.

In case the issue still persists, the next step would be to perform a reset on the console. To do so you will need to follow the steps below to perform a reset on the Xbox :

Settings > System > Console Info > Reset This Xbox > Reset and Keep my Games and Apps.

Note =>The "Reset and Keep my Games and Apps" option will not cause losing your games, but please be aware that you need to be completely aware of the email address as well as the password of your account before going for it because it will require you to sign in to the account.

As Ackis stated, it's always a good idea to do an actual reboot of the system. However, even that may not be enough. Because of the way capacitors hold their charge, you'll want the Xbox completely unplugged for at least five minutes. Sometimes the capacitors
throughout the system, be it power or motherboard, can cause issues if they stay on too long. Unplugging will allow them to discharge, thus fixing any errors that may have been occurring. If you have an original Xbox One model with a separate power brick,
make sure to unplug that too. I know that all this may sound odd, but it's the help I've received from techs over the phone from Xbox's support line, and it worked for me.

Sorry that didn't work, but with no error codes the only other help I can offer is 'unique' troubleshooting methods. I do have one final question though, is this happening with one particular item you're trying to purchase or does it happen for everything?
That out of the way, here are some other solutions you can try in any order you choose:

1. Try purchasing it on a different device. See if you can go to xbox.com and purchase it from there on a PC.

2. If you have a second Xbox in the house, try using that. If that isn't an option, but you have a friend that would be willing to lend you theirs, do that.

3. If you are connected wirelessly, move the device closer to the router. The store is usually trying to download an entire preview/trailer while also pulling up the purchase information, so a better connection would help.

4. If option 3 didn't help, try an ethernet/LAN connection. I recommend using a Cat 5-e or Cat 6 cable. Double check your network settings to make sure the Xbox changed over to the hardline connection:

5. If you are already connected via LAN, run a multiplayer test and tell me the advanced statistics. While you shouldn't be having speed issues over LAN, there's still a chance.

There is more that can be done, but it relates to your personal connection and internet service. On rare occasions the type of packets being sent for Xbox Live may be blocked by either your hardware or provider. I really hope some of this helps, but even
