Microsoft Store gets an error every time I try to get the Minecraft Launcher

As per your description, you are in loop every time you wanted to access Minecraft's new launcher. Let's check the reason why this issue happen, sometimes this is related to the Microsoft account signed in to the computer as local account, Microsoft Store and Xbox app. This also could be related to apps that hinders any installation. To better isolate your issue, we would like to ask for few questions:

1. May we know if you have issues installing other apps/games with Microsoft Store?
   
2. May we ask for the troubleshooting you have performed so far?
   
3. May we ask for the error code/message you receive every loop?
   
4. Do you have antivirus, antimalware, VPN, firewall and PC Optimizer installed in your PC? Is this Windows 10 or 11?

From what I can see here, this issue seems related to the computer itself however to make sure we will get to the bottom of this we will be need to further isolate the issue. We will also provide troubleshooting below.

May we know if you currently have the same issue? If you can, please try to install any app/s (not game but apps like social media app, editing app) from Microsoft Store. In that way, we can compare the same issue (Try Again Later) happens with Minecraft Launcher and this apps you are trying to install.

One thing, you have mentioned - ...I installed Minecraft, it was not owned by Microsoft. May we confirm if you downloaded the Minecraft Launcher from here - Download Minecraft | Minecraft? If you don't mind answering this, may we know if you can still recall when did you install this launcher?

When did this issue first happen? Can you still recall the month specifically you had a Windows update or new application installed on your device?

May we know if the account signed into your Windows device and Microsoft Store is the credentials for Minecraft Launcher? (Given that you have migrated your Mojang account to Microsoft account.) To check your credentials on Windows device, please go to PC Settings > Accounts > Email & accounts and check the accounts listed.

Suggested Troubleshooting:

1. Reset Windows Store (Microsoft Store).
   
   • Open PC settings by pressing Windows + I on keyboard.
     
   • Go to Apps > Apps and features. Search and select Microsoft Store and reset.
     
2. Clear the Microsoft Store cache.
   
   • Clear the store cache by typing “wsreset” in the Windows search bar. Run this as admin and wait for the screen to close and open the store automatically.
     
3. Reinstall Gaming Services.
   
   • Right-click the Start button and select Windows PowerShell (Admin).
     
   • Type this command, press enter and wait:
     Get-AppxPackage *gamingservices* -allusers | remove-appxpackage -allusers
     
4. Relaunch Microsoft and reinstall the game/apps.

1. I have no other Microsoft games installed. When I installed Minecraft, it was not owned by Microsoft.

2. I only get this when I've been signed out of the Minecraft launcher, usually by an OS or driver update that requires a full restart. For that reason I don't get much chance to troubleshoot.

3. Microsoft Store reports that it had an error. There is no error code. There is a suggestion that I try again, later.

4. Windows 10 Home 19043.1526, Windows Defender and Firewall, and NordVPN which was not active.
