Microsoft Store Games Are Uninstalling Themselves.

My outer worlds game uninstalled its self recently. The only reason why I'm making a new post is because this issue seems to be ignored easily. I aim to directly ask who ever is in charge maybe seriously look in to the issue? Please? The mods who answer
the question (kindly) don't seem to take this very seriously. It's an issue lots of people seem to have.

No I am not running the games on an external hard drive, I don't even own one. Internal only, plenty of space.

No there is no one in my household secretly uninstalling my games. (lmao to the mod who said that)

No I never interrupted any updates

Hey,

I looked for a solution to your problem and I found this site that may have the solution to your question.

It suggests first a hard reset, then if unsuccessful, clear your cache, or uninsall game and reinstall.

I hope this helps, I do not have contact with higher ups, but still hope everything gets resolved.

As to why this occures, unfortunatly I am not sure but if I find anything out I will post an update.

Thank you to everyone for your advice. I unplugged the external storage, waited 30 sexonds, then plugged it back again. Everything is back to normal now. 😀

Thanks for bringing this situation to our attention here on the forums. I recommend going into your settings. Under "System" select the option that says "Storage". From there you can view and transfer the contents of your external hard drive over to your
internal drive!
