Another option is to go over to
Xbox Customer Support and request a callback by just following the instructions on the support webpage.

No problem. Hmm, I know the form itself changes here and there over time but, there should be an option or link to click for when you don't see your order there. Double check around the form to make sure that it wasn't overlooked. If you require further
support with the refund request form, I would recommend requesting a callback from a phone agent so that they can go over your account with you.

I think that I need a callback from them, to justify my request and I hope that they will accept it.

In general, is it possible to refund it ?? I thought that any Microsoft store game can work on the PC
