    I added a free game from microsoft store, I didn't install it, but now I want to remove it completely, however I do not see this option anywhere. No matter what I do it says you own this game and it shows up, how do I completely remove it?

    If you didn't install it, then it won't take up any space. It would only take space if you install it.

    Try Subscriptions & Billing, then I don't recognize a charge. It should pop up with a notification about refunds, but press skip, then it should give you the options. I just did that and got both.

    If you're in a different region and they might be closed right now, you may have to try at a different time.

    It sounds like you want to simply HIDE the game from your library. You'll never be able to completely wipe the transaction of you accepting the original addition to your library but you can use the Hide feature to hide from your library and the only way
    to see it will be somewhere deep in your purchase history.
