    Microsoft Store Error on Series X


    Since receiving my Xbox Series X, it will not allow me to make any purchases through the store. I keep getting an error that states, “Oops. Not sure what happened there. Please try again later.” I have never had any issues with this on previous Xbox consoles.
    Has anyone else experienced this on the Series X and what can be done to fix the issue?
