Microsoft store error message

When I go on my Xbox and try to access the Microsoft store I'm greeted with error message (0x80270254) and told I require an app or game to open the store, that tells me to look for in the store. It's removed any and all access I have to the Microsoft store
and it's incredibly infuriating as I can't install a dlc I've already paid for because I can't get on the store on my Xbox. If anyone knows how to fix this, please help.

Rockband music store problem

Anyone had any problems with the RB store? I was trying to pick up some DLC last night but I was continuously booted out of the store with some kind of connection error message.

Store search error message

Been having a few problems as of late inclusive of signing in error loops and now unable to search store content. Primarily need the store content as now tv app requires to be uninstalled and then reinstalled when it fails to reopen after previous use.

Problem I have is that the store error message 0x87e can't be found in the support page. Tried switching alternative MAC address and unplugging everything but no joy whatsoever?

Have you tried hard resetting the Xbox by holding the power button until the console is off?

Also, you should be still able to install the DLC. Go to "My games and apps" and find the game you want to install the dlc for that you already own. Press the start button on it and click Manage game. The DLC should be in there, ready to install.

Hello again, this is really weird, try this procedures below.

Using System File Checker in Windows

1 - Type cmd (Command Prompt) in the search bar of the Start menu and then click Run as administrator.

2 - Enter chkdsk /f/x/r/v

Being in use the system will ask if the user wants to check the chosen drive after reboot. Just type S and restart the computer.

Hi George.

It says 'there has been an error' Retrying doesnt help. I go to next screen and get error Code: 0x80070005 I have a brand new computer with Windows 11, all updates. I tried repairing Microsoft store, Apps, didnt help. Also tried disabling BitDefender didnt help.

Hello Barry, what kind of error would you be having on your system, does it show some number on the screen when you try to do a downalod?

Does your Windows have the latest updates for version 22H2 and is it activated?

Have you tried any procedures on your PC, if so which ones?

If you can give more details.
