Microsoft store error code

    Microsoft store error code


    I am trying to launch the Microsoft store app from my Xbox. I get a message that it is getting my app ready, but then i get a “please try again” message with an error code 0x80070002. I was able to get in on Friday morning (US eastern time), but I couldn’t
    get back in later in the day. Thoughts on how to fix?

    Hey...having an error code problem: 0x803F8001

    Can't play Microsoft Mahjong-says this error code, go to store, I go to store repeats the same error code???

    I can play Microsoft Solitaire Games, but not Microsoft Mahjong...what's up with that???

    Hi Paul,

    Thanks for your post! We can definitely troubleshoot this and hopefully get this taken care of for you asap. To start off, try completing a hard reset using the steps below.

    1. Turn off the Xbox One console by pressing the Xbox button on the front of the console for about 10 seconds until it shuts down completely.
    2. Unplug the console's power cable. Wait 10 seconds.
      Important Be sure to wait 10 seconds. This step resets the power supply.
    3. Plug the console power cable back in.
    4. Press the Xbox button on your console to turn on the Xbox One.

    I am unsure what you meant by error code on Minecraft Page as it redirects me to Microsoft Store and then I got the error code from the Microsoft Store. I am unable to run "Xbox Accessory Management Service" as I get an error code 1053.
