    microsoft store error Code: 0x80248014


    hi ive spent the last few hours trying to fix my microsoft store i try to download apps from the store and it runs a process for checking dependencies and then provides an error code 0x80248014 ive tried multiple solutions to resolve the problems such as fresh install of windows 2 times and running multiple commands in my powershell and terminal what can i do to resolve this problem

    2nd issue kinda solved, but in the negetive way. Now it shows me 0x80248014 error code when installing through microsoft store.

    I've deleted Datastore again and now it can't download xbox again

    I am unsure what you meant by error code on Minecraft Page as it redirects me to Microsoft Store and then I got the error code from the Microsoft Store. I am unable to run "Xbox Accessory Management Service" as I get an error code 1053.

    Hi Paul,

    Thanks for your post! We can definitely troubleshoot this and hopefully get this taken care of for you asap. To start off, try completing a hard reset using the steps below.

    1. Turn off the Xbox One console by pressing the Xbox button on the front of the console for about 10 seconds until it shuts down completely.
    2. Unplug the console's power cable. Wait 10 seconds.
      Important Be sure to wait 10 seconds. This step resets the power supply.
    3. Plug the console power cable back in.
    4. Press the Xbox button on your console to turn on the Xbox One.
