    Microsoft store (Error code:0x00000194)


    I was going through the store to look at games to maybe play but everytime i click on a game i get an error code 0x00000194. And ive been all over the forums and cant find anything on it so if anyone has any clue how to fix this issue itd be nice.

    Windows Store Forza Horizon 4

    Whenever I try to access Forza Horizon 4's page on store or any game's page I get this error: Code: 0x00000194

    keep getting error code when i select see game in store from my games and apps and also when i select dlc from a game that takes me directly to the store and error message Try that again page could not be loaded please try again later. error code 0x00000194

    O have no idea whay is that error code but you can try to contact support amd see if they have that code on file or a fix for it.

    Hey there allmypeoplez6!

    So this happens when you try a game in the store?

    I'd try to power cycle the console using the steps here
    How to restart or power cycle your Xbox One console .

    If you have the same issue after that, maybe there was something with how your console is trying to run the latest version of the store. Try the steps here at

    How to reset your console to factory defaults on Xbox     One and make sure to select "keep my games and apps"

    Give those steps a shot and let us know how that helps

    They cant fix it becuase they updated the store now i sent a request to the software engineer team
