Microsoft Store error 0x80D03002 on Game Downloads

Same issue here with Gears 5.

Tried everything, wsreset, powershell as admin with commands, signed-off, did several computer restarts, nothing works.

Basically the download is bugged or something. I cannot manage to bypass that error.

So far the errors I had got are: First, 0x803FB107 and then 0x80D03002.

When I get the last one, I know that's it. I cannot seem to do anything to fix that. I was not getting this error early today, but unfortunately the download did not finished in one of my attempts. I tried to cancel it and start it again and then I started
getting the 0x80D03002 error. Google is not very helpful to find info about this issue. I only found mention of it in this post, and in a reddit post about a game called Metro.

Clear Microsoft Store cache

1. Press the Windows key on your keyboard, or press the Start button on the taskbar.
   
2. Type in wsreset and select wsreset Run command.
   
3. Confirm the reset
   

Edit the registry

1. Press Windows key+R.
   
2. Type in Regedit in the Run dialog box.
   
3. Once the Registry Editor is up, go to HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE>SOFTWARE>POLICIES>MICROSOFT>WINDOWS>DeliveryOptimization.
   
4. Select DoDownloadMode and delete it.
   
5. Close the registry editor and reboot the computer.
   
6. Restart the download and check for the problem
   

Use automatic troubleshooting service for Windows Store apps

1. Press the Windows key on your keyboard, or press the Start button on the taskbar.
   
2. Select the Settings icon.
   
3. Select Update & Security.
   
4. Click on Troubleshoot.
   
5. Scroll down to Windows Store Apps.
