สำหรับปัญหาที่คุณแจ้งว่าไม่สามารถเปิด Microsoft Store ได้ และมีข้อผิดพลาดแจ้งเตือนดังกล่าวนั้น
เบื้องต้น ทางเราเเนะนำให้ทำตามดังนี้ครับ

วิธีที่ 1 การอัพเดทเวอร์ชั่นล่าสุดสำหรับ Windows 10
(หากยังไม่ได้มีการ update version ล่าสุด) เเละ update Windows
Store

เนื่องจาก Microsoft มีการปรับปรุงซอฟต์แวร์และทุกโปรแกรมอย่างต่อเนื่อง เพื่อการใช้งานที่มีความทันสมัยและมีประสิทธิ าพที่ดียิ่งขึ้น ผู้ใช้งานจึงควรอัพเดทเวอร์ชั่นล่าสุดอย่างสม่ำเสมอครับ

1. 
   
   1. การอัพเดทเวอร์ชั่นล่าสุดของ Windows 10 ให้ทำตาม
      คลิกที่นี่
      
   2. การอัพเดทเวอร์ชั่นล่าสุดของ Windows
      Store ให้ทำตามดังนี้ กดปุ่ม Windows>พิมพ์ Store ในช่องค้นหา>เลือก
      Setting>เลือก On ตรง Update apps
      automatically
      

วิธีที่ 2 ตรวจสอบวันและเวลาใน Settings ว่าถูกต้องหรือไม่

วิธีที่ 3 การรี Clear and Reset Store Cache โดยทำตามดังนี้

กดปุ่ม Windows+R>พิมพ์
wsreset.exe

วิธีที่ 4 การรันการแก้ไขปัญหาเกี่ยวกับแอพพลิเคชั่นโดยทำดังนี้

1. พิมพ์ Troubleshooting ในกล่องค้นหาบน
   Taskbar
   
2. คลิก Viewall
   
3. คลิก Windows Store
   Apps จากนั้นให้ทำตามคำเเนะนำที่ปรากฏบนหน้าจอครับ
   

และหากว่าปัญหายังคงไม่ได้รับการแก้ไข กรุณาทำตามวิธีที่ 5

วิธีที่ 5 การปิดการใช้งานของ Proxy

1. กดปุ่ม Windows+ R พร้อมกัน
   
2. พิมพ์ inetcpl.cpl เเล้วกด
   Enter
   
3. คลิกที่เเท็บ Connections
   
4. คลิก LAN settings
   
5. ยกเลิกการเลือกที่หัวข้อ"Use
   proxy server for your LAN"
   
6. คลิก OK จากนั้นคลิก Apply เเละ
   ok

They cant fix it becuase they updated the store now i sent a request to the software engineer team

So this happens when you try a game in the store?

I'd try to power cycle the console using the steps here
How to restart or power cycle your Xbox One console .

If you have the same issue after that, maybe there was something with how your console is trying to run the latest version of the store. Try the steps here at

How to reset your console to factory defaults on Xbox One and make sure to select "keep my games and apps"
