Microsoft Store doesn't recognize my Xbox

    Microsoft Store doesn't recognize my Xbox


    I have an Xbox Series X and game pass ultimate, but when I try to install a game from the Store's website or its windows app, I get a message saying that it cannot find any applicable device linked to my account. I have the console registered and it appears correctly in my devices, but if I enter "Device Management in Microsoft Store" only my PC appears but not the xbox.How can I install games on my console from the store?

    Think I figured this out. Microsoft doesn't have the cross gen stuff working correctly with the store. My purchase history clearly shows the Ultimate Edition bundle, but the store doesn't recognize it. However if I go to the individual items in the bundle
    it recognizes my purchase and gives me the option to install.

    Yeah...Here's the thing...I've done ALL of that...Multiple times. None of them worked. As for the Minecraft store, it doesn't recognize that I've already bought the game anymore. The Microsoft store does.

    Sadly it did not work. I also have to add that this applies when i go to the store via web browser on my pc. It doesn't recognize my membership when looking at lets say gold deals or what not, but at the Microsoft site it states i have a subscription.

    I have MSFS installed and it is on version 1.18.14. When I try to start it up it tells me there is a mandatory update. The store says I'm up to date?? What do I do??

    What fixed it was installing Xbox on the PC. Not Xbox game bar but just plain Xbox. It is like the Microsoft Store but for games mostly. It recognized that I needed to update Microsoft Flight Sim but would not do it. I clicked on the update for Microsoft Flight Sim and nothing would happen. But then I went back to Microsoft Store and it recognized I needed to update MSFS and did it. Problem solved.
