    When I try to open Microsoft store to download or just to se the characteristics of a game it doesn't load anything , just appear the logo but never load nothing, please help

  2. Xbox Store doesn't load any content.

    Hi,

    i have a problem with my Xbox One. When i go to the Xbox Store and i would like to download/purchase something it doesn't load nothing.

    It happened with every single game. For example i search for a game (Tera --> free to play), i click on it but the page doesn't load.

    Is it a problem with my Xbox ID and the server?

    Cant buy anything into Microsoft Store

    Cant buy anything into Microsoft Store it always says, There is a problem contact Microsoft or Xbox support, no prompt no anything also it doesn't load up some pages of certain games telling me to try again but this problem never seems to fix.

    Paul from Xbox Forums Team here to assist with the issue, it looks like the Microsoft store currently isn't loading. Now is this on PC or Xbox One? If it's on the Xbox One console I suggest doing a

    Power Cycle
    on the Xbox One. Also please be advised there is currently a
    service alert
    for the market place. I hope this information helps resolve the issue.

    Thanks for keeping us updated with your replies. In regard to the in-game store not showing up, or rather showing up darkened, making it difficult for you to make purchases in-game, can you please let us know if this is only in one game, or multiple
    games? Which game or games does this happen in relation to? Have you contacted the support for the game itself? How are you connected to the internet: wired or wireless? Are you getting any error messages or codes when this happens? Please provide us with
    a bit more detail so that we can tailor our support more specifically to this issue.

    That didn't work as well. I tried it multiple times, and checked on a friends account, with the same outcome.

    I tried it on Fortnite and Call of Duty Modern Warfare Remastered with the same thing happening, but on Fortnite I get an error message unlike Call of Duty. The message in Fortnite says:

    "We hit a roadblock"

    "We've encountered a critical error with your purchase. Our team has been dispatched to resolve the issue. We will confirm when your purchase has been completed!"

    I am having this issue on wired and wireless connection. I haven't contacted the game support because I doubt that it is a game issue since it happens on multiple titles
