Microsoft Store Customer Service Refusing to Apologise for messing up my order - SCAMMERS!

I have never seen such a customer service arrogance in over 20 years of dealing with customer service. I have ordered items (Microsoft order no. 2700758187) and asked by direct Phone call for ALL the items to be cancelled since I couldn't do all by myself.
But the agent that I spoke to assured me the entire order will be cancelled and I gave my final authorization through this "this call is recorded". It turns out the entire order wasn't cancelled and Microsoft billed me . Nobody called me to say, hey "sorry,
we couldn't cancel your order, here what you need to do next or at least drop me an email". I sucks had to call over three times to discuss the same issue. The funny thing is nobody from the Microsoft Store customer said "Sorry, I messed up your order". The
Manager and supervisors kept on trying to tactically bottled me into saying that customer is at fault for not cancelling the order" . Right now, I have been billed for an item I NEVER wanted and forced to wait for God knows how long!!

I like Microsoft but please avoid anything to drag you to deal with the Microsoft Store Customer Service team. Up till now, no email confirmation of our discussion or at least to advise me of my open ticket number. It's all shrewd in secrecy, to a point
I lost confidence in the "this call is recorded" because the recording is for Microsoft Store's benefit and not you. I asked for the conversation to be sent to me by email and till today, NO EMAIL.

    :)
