Microsoft Store Content Restrictions

This is an Xbox One issue on Microsoft Sore. I am a father with three children who have the appropriate content restrictions on their accounts. However, when they access the store, the content restrictions dont apply. They are able to view movie art and
watch trailers for horror movies etc. without so much as a warning. I cannot delete or block the store app either, so how do I prevent them from accessing adult content?

I remember Xbox360 had a family version of the menu screen which would provide the appropriate content. Why is this not possible with a more advanced system?

Sure Im not the only parent with this issue. Am I to assume the only way to prevent children from accessing restricted content is to remove the Xbox ones from the bedrooms, which obviously wont go down well! If that happens, I may as well cancel their live
memberships and game pass memberships too as they cant all play on the living room tv at the same time.

Thanks for reaching out to us here on the forums with this situation. I understand you've set up restrictions on your child accounts and they seem to not being reflected in the store. Is there a chance that an adult account is also signed in when looking
through the content? The content rated above the allowed maturity level should not be appearing in the store. Make sure the child accounts are set to the appropriate age and that it is the only account signed in.

I have the same issue and have replicated the problem. I have been completely signed out and both the guest and children accounts have been able to search and access inappropriate movie trailers. I have set the content level for 10 year olds and while
that works for games, it isn't honored for the store.
