Thanks for reaching out to us! So when I look up the error code 0x80072f30 it appears to be for the Windows 10 store, correct?

I would recommend trying to perform a
clean boot, this helps eliminate software conflicts that occur when you install a program or an update or when you run a program in Windows 10. Here is the link on

to perform a clean.
Hopefully this will help so the game does not just hang there.

Also, try this method: Run the
System
File Checker tool (SFC.exe).
System File Checker is a utility in Windows that allows users to scan for corruptions in Windows system files and restore corrupted files. It will scan your system files and to repair missing or corrupted system files in Windows.

Thank you for bringing this issue to our attention. Is this issue occurring on an Xbox One or Xbox 360? If this is an Xbox One, we recommend testing the network connection on the console. We will provide the steps on how to complete that process. Let us
know if an error message appears. The best step to take after a power surge or power outage is to reset the power supply of the console. Press and hold the
Xbox button on the console for 10 seconds, until the console turns off. After the console shuts down, unplug the power cable from the wall. After 30 seconds, plug the console directly into the wall outlet. Touch the
Xbox button on the console again to turn it back on. Be sure to let us know the results!

But Microsoft own mojang and thus host there store. And seeing how it says.
