Microsoft Store.com Sunset Overdrive Pre-order DLC

I preordered my copy of Sunset Overdrive through Microsoft Store.com. The game was delivered UPS today, but there was no codes for the pre-order DLC in my package. Was this sent via email? What am I missing here? Thank you!

When did you purchase Sunset Overdrive? If you purchased from the Xbox Store before the promotion (June 2015), please send me a private message with a link to a screenshot of the purchase from the Microsoft

If you purchased the Deluxe Edition, the content is already included in the game since the Deluxe Edition includes the season pass. However if you bought the standard edition after the eligible time frame, we are unable to assist as this promotion was for
those who played before June 2015.

Were there any cards inside the game case that perhaps had the DLC codes? If not then you should contact the Microsoft Stores customer service department to get them sent to you.

 

I bought my game thru microsoft as well and haven't received that bonus code either. This is the only thread online that mentions this problem. I'm not sure who to contact.
