    4 gün önce Xbox Game Pass aldım ve mağazadan Xbox(beta) uygulamasını yükledim. Daha sonra Xbox (beta) uygulamasından Forza Horizon 4 yüklemeye çalıştığım ama sonra vazgeçip uygulamayı kapattım. Sonraki gün uygulamayı açmaya çalıştığımda açılmadı Xbox logosu
    ekrana geldi 1,5 saate yakın beklememe rağmen açılmadı. daha sonra Microsoft store'dan Forza 4 için yükle butonuna bastığımda microsoft store uygulamasi dondu ve bir süre sonra kendi kendine kapandı. Xbox uygulamasını silip yüklemeye karar verdim ve sildim.

    [Translation-I bought an Xbox Game Pass 4 days ago and installed the Xbox app from the store. I then tried to install Forza Horizon 4 from the Xbox (beta) app, but then I gave up and closed the app. The next day I tried to open the app and it didn't
    open, the Xbox logo came to the screen, but it didn't open despite waiting close to an hour and a half. Then, when I pressed the install button for Forza 4 from the Microsoft store, the microsoft store application froze and after a while it closed on its own.
    I decided to delete and install the Xbox app, and I deleted it. When I tried to install it, I couldn't load it because the store froze and closed. I can't use both the store and my game pass right now. ]

    I looked windows update. It says "güncelsiniz" it means in Turkish "you are up to dated" (sorry I am not sure about grammar)

    I would recommend normal Microsoft Store troubleshooting on Windows 10. Try to Reset the Store Cache

    Right Click on the Start Button, then

    Click on Run.

    Enter WSReset.exe and

    Click on OK or hit your Enter Key

    Restart your computer.



    Also, please try to re-register the Store.

    Right Click on Start, then

    Click on Command Prompt (admin)



    Run the following command in the Command Prompt window. You can copy and paste this command, hit the Enter Key.



    powershell -ExecutionPolicy Unrestricted Add-AppxPackage -DisableDevelopmentMode -Register $Env:SystemRoot\WinStore\AppxManifest.xml



    Restart your computer.

    Thanks for coming to the forums. We understand having issues using the Microsoft store. Have you made sure everything is up to date on the PC? Sometimes if th PC is not up to date will cause issues. Try powering off the PC also completely. When you restart
    then try launching the store.
