    Microsoft Store claims game is installed... BUT IT IS NOT


    I purchased DLC for Borderlands 2 (Commander Lilith and the Fight for Santuary).

    When I locate it in the Microsoft Store, I am told that the game is installed, and the button "LAUNCH" shows.

    Clicking on "LAUNCH" does nothing at all.

    So, I went into Xbox settings and took a look at both of my drives: internal and external.

    The title is NOWHERE to be found on either drive.

    Is this something that can be "reset" so that I am able to download the game again from the store?

    If a reset is not possible, how about a work around so that I can convince the Store to download it again?

    My friend has a similar problem with Borderlands 2 DLC: Tiny Tina's Assault on Dragon Keep. He can't get it to run, and cannot get it to download again.

    Any assistance will be much appreciated.
