    Microsoft Store Checkout Problem


    I am just trying to buy a game but, when i push checkout normally a thing comes up to put in your way of buying it and you have to fill it out with your credit card/other paying method but it just showed a grey thing i don't know how to fix this (and just
    to mention they don't have a Microsoft store category)

    The Microsoft Store should show you the price in the currency of your region when you proceed to the checkout and confirmation process.

    Umm I am pretty sure you would have to order an Xbox One from the Microsoft store and enter the code via the MS Store site at checkout to get the discount.

    The store you purchase the gift cards at has to activate the card at checkout when you make the purchase. It sounds like there was an issue with activation at checkout at the store. Take the card and your receipt to the store and ask to speak to manager
    and explain to them the card wasnt' activated.
