    Hello! Sorry to hear that you are having issues with the card. You may need to take it back to the store where you got it from. As long as you have the receipt, there should be no issues.

    You will have to purchase in game currency, (using a Microsoft card will not work as it will only add funds to use in the Microsoft store), I suggest a debit card/ gift card and purchase directly from in the game store.
