Microsoft Store | Can't find majority of Xbox servers

Dear Microsoft Community,

I have recently picked up Ark for windows 10 on Microsoft Store and searched a discord server to find a group. Upon finding a group, they sent me the server name, however whenever I search it, I get no results. The server was also not under maintenance as
he was able to join etc. Any ideas? (see attached photos).

When was the last time you played? I can't find information confirming, but the servers might not be running anymore. The game reached end of life status in September 2018 and was removed from the Microsoft store. It's possible the online servers were
shut down.

Nevermind, turns out Microsoft is blocking the VPN server I was connecting to, or the server somehow can't connect to Xbox services. I was also blocked from accessing the Xbox app or the Microsoft Store on PC. Anyway, switching to another server solved
it.

Please ask your friend to open the following link from a web browser:

If the game is available in their region, they should be able to click on the option that says "Get" and then an option saying "Install to" will appear, which they should select. Afterward, they need to press the "Launch" button to open the Xbox app on their PC, allowing them to download and install the game from there.

Yes I checked their fb page but they didn't explain this.
