    Microsoft store - cannot install anything


    Hey,

    I purchased Xbox Game Pass a few months ago and I noticed that the microsoft store won't let me install apps on my home computer.

    I checked it on a different pc (laptop) and it worked fine on it, but I want it to work on that specific computer.

    The problem happens when I try to install an app and after I click on install, an error window will appear saying:

    try again later, something happened on our side (I translated from the hebrew messege, sorry if it's different)

    and it happens everytime I try.

    I tried anything to repair it through research: reset the microsoft store app, wsreset , reinstall it, using powershell to repair it, reinstall microsoft, update microsoft

    and no luck... I hope someone could help me with this one...

    Tried that and it still doesn't work. I not cannot install anything from Microsoft Store. For example I tried installing Minesweeper and kept getting error 0x80070015 again.

    That's really weird, since it's hapenning on three devices (one Xbox, two Computers).

    Do you have other Microsoft Account to test? If you do, try to sign in on any of your computers or Xbox and see if you can install something.

    If you don't have any other Microsoft Account to test, try sign off and in again on any of your devices to see and let me know how it goes.

    Also, are you using Windows 10 or 11 and what Xbox do you have?

    If you're playing on Xbox you cannot install anything not on the in-game store.

    There are many add on planes in the store for you to choose from

    You cannot use anything not from the Microsoft store. An Xbox is not a PC
