microsoft store bug

so i have recently bought a new pc and want to install age of empires 2 on it.

i bought a code a while back online and not in the Microsoft store and have been using it on two other pcs. of which both are laptops and don't run efficiently as they are old and lack graphics.

my issue is that i can not download the game in the store. i have tried redeeming the code from the website but it says it is already been done which i understand.

each game is never used at the same time as the other just a bit confused that is all.
