Microsoft store bug

Hello, i recently bought xbox game pass on new account because i had problem with logging in on previous, but somehow when i downloaded forza horizon 4 game logged me as previous account. After I finish subscribing game pass im planning to buy the game but
i dont know if i lose my progress if i buy it on wrong account. Thanks for helping and sorry for my english as it's not my native language

Is this on PC? just to clarify why you encountered that problem could be the Store was signed in with a different account but as fellow members said above you cannot transfer progress from one account to another

Hello Voidable,

Thanks for coming to the forums. We recommend setting
home console as the one who purchased the game pass, and playing on your original account. IF you do change profiles, it will start you over as game data is not transferrable to another account.

Hi,

Please do the following steps: Settings -- Apps & features -- select microsoft store and you will see advanced options, select and click on terminate and after reset.

After that restar the pc, that maybe fix the problem.
