    Hello,

    I was wondering if anyone could advise if its possible for me to block access to Microsoft store for my users? strangely they do not need the admin password to install from the Microsoft store.

    We are currently running windows 10 Pro

    Hello Thomas, in terms of settings is not possible because the store is part of the system and is present in all system profiles, however searching the internet Found a way to disable the store by the "registry" i hope this helps.

    Nevermind, turns out Microsoft is blocking the VPN server I was connecting to, or the server somehow can't connect to Xbox services. I was also blocked from accessing the Xbox app or the Microsoft Store on PC. Anyway, switching to another server solved
    it.

    it's just brilliant, I spent a lot of money on it and now they just forbid me to play. Why do Sony block access to the store, and you, as if the "smartest" completely block access to the console?

    Unfortunately, as you do not have access to the account, you will have to call your bank and ask them to block Microsoft Store charges.

    I got the same problem. I'm playing Snowrunner on PC installed from the Microsoft store app. I bought the Y1 pass from Microsoft store on Dec 26th and it worked fine until 2 days ago. Now the DLC content is blocked in game like if the Pass was not active/bought. All the progress/achievements are saved and all my trucks are blocked on the maps contained by the Y1 pass. I can see the maps and the info that they got the trucks on them but are locked for access. Only the maps from the Base game are accessible.

    Tried to uninstall the game completely and reinstall it but it's not working. The dlc content is shown correctly in the Microsoft store "you own this" and I can install it, but it does not show in game.

    Already tried the "Repair" and "Reset" options from settings.

    Any suggestions?
