Microsoft Store Applicable Devices

I just bought the Hero Edition / Pass for Minecraft Dungeons and was eager to play when I ran into some troubles. I tried to click "Install to my devices" but it states that I do not have any applicable devices. I bought both the game and the pass through
Microsoft store and the standard game works, but the pass just does not seem to work. I have tried resetting Microsoft store, troubleshooting, and more and it just doesn't seem to work. I would love to get any feed back because I did buy it with my own money
and it is not refundable, so it seems unfair for me to have lost money without even being able to use what I bought. Thank you.

It did not even give me the items that were supposed to come with the pass before the dlc comes in the future. (Two free skins, pet, and item).

The pass isn't a downloadable item but in the future you'll have the dlc for free (the ones included with the pass) as a separate download.

So it says I own it but it won't let me connect to device. If it will get me dlc for free when it comes out when will it give me the 2 free skins, pet and item that comes with the hero pass? And so is the pass not supposed to be installable in Microsoft

Double check your transactions at http://account.mirosoft.com and make sure you did purchase "Minecraft for Windows 10" and not "Minecraft". "Minecraft" is for the console and
the message you're getting is usually what a game will say when it's looking for a console.

The quickest way to delete any applications on your computer is to navigate to the Windows button and search for 'Add or Remove Programs'

Once on that setting, you can search for Whatsapp and click remove/uninstall and this should remove it from your system.
