Microsoft Store App Won't Launch

Hello. I own the Xbox Game pass for PC, and whenever I try to launch the game Dead by Daylight it will not launch. It shows the message "Dead By Daylight is currently not available in your account. Here’s the error code, in case you need it: 0x803F8001".
Other game pass games work. Dead by Daylight is the only game this happens with. Any help would be appreciated.

Have you tried uninstalling then reinstalling?

I'm also trying out all the options listed on the internet and nothing works. MS support hasn't tried helping, are their ambassadors even paid workers?

I have been trying so many solutions it's insane that I'm still trying.

Let's list them out:

-Reinstall game, nothing.

-Update latest windows version via windows, nothing.

-windows store troubleshooter > nothing

-wsreset > resets windows store, nothing.

-SFC and DISM, no problems found, nothing.

-powershell/cmd remove/add windows store, nothing.

-make sure local time is correct, location services on, nothing.

-Force upgrade to the actual latest windows version via iso, crashes windows, format hd, reinstall windows, nothing.

I dont even really GAS about this game anymore but I'm annoyed to hell about getting this error

I'm using a PC, not an Xbox console.

The usual method that works for me is resetting your internet, hard resetting your xbox (which if you have a original xbox one, you just hold your finger on the consoles power button for a several seconds till it turns off, then turn it back on 2 minutes
later along with your wifi.

this is the common method i know a hand full of people use, however i hope it works.
